​​​​​​Mayor Anne Eadie called to order the Committee of the Whole (C O W) meeting of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine at 5:02 p.m. on  Monday, November 18, 2019, in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Administration Centre.​

    THAT the minutes of the C O W meeting held on November 13, 2019 be adopted as printed.

In response to Committee Member's enquiries, it was confirmed: potential use of the Municipality's Active Net software for Pavilion bookings is covered in the agreement which indicates the feasibility will be explored; this agreement has similar content compared to other municipal facility operating agreements.

    THAT Committee of the Whole recommend Council accept recommendation as set out in report and consider as Matters Arising from Committee of the Whole.

Mayor Eadie reported on Nuclear Innovation Institute, number of supply chain companies that have located in Kincardine; West Coast Catering grand opening; Bruce County Economic Development Business to Bruce event at Bruce Energy Centre.

Items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered routine and are enacted in one motion as a Matter Arising. The exception to this rule is that a Council member or the Chief Administrative Officer may request one or more items to be removed from the consent agenda for separate discussion and action.
