The Municipality received a request from Rotary District 6330 for an exemption to this by-law which would allow their Interact and Youth Exchange Students to camp overnight at Rotary Park from June 13-15, 2019 in conjunction with the Rotary District 6330 Conference taking place in Kincardine at that time. Along with camping overnight, they would require access to washrooms/showers, as well as hydro and water.
