Erie Belle CountryFest Special Event

The Erie Belle has submitted a special event request for an event which would cover the area consisting of the Erie Belle parking lot, the private parking lot adjoining their property and the municipal laneway that runs between the two. As alcohol is intended to be served at this event, an exemption to the Alcohol Risk Management Policy would be required to allow for this to be a permitted location. Staff are supportive of the event, and the requested exemptions, pending the organizer meeting specific safety and other requirements.
