Applicant: Canadian Tire Properties Inc. c/o Harry Froussios - Zelinka Priamo Ltd.

On November 7, 2019, the Municipality received correspondence from Zelinka Priamo Ltd. confirming that Canadian Tire was withdrawing their application for minor variance as was deferred by the Committee of Adjustment on October 15, 2019. Canadian Tire will be proceeding with an application to rezone.
