5.1

Speaker System

Discussion regarding the logistics of speaker system.  Doug provided information from Bruce Telecom in regards to use of wi-fi if Bluetooth options are decided upon.  Anyone acquiring information about potential systems to pass along to staff for inclusion in file.

Event Wrap-Up/Discussion

Post event discussions included:
- There were 154 photos printed this season
- Look at having photos of past 20 years put on flash drives as giveaways or for purchase .  Dave to look at prices of flash drives. 
- Prizes - suggestion of tool set (on sale at CTC), TV (could play photo slideshow during event and giveaway at end of evening, but would need to source power
- Sponsorship letter reviewed and will be circulated to current sponsors
- With pending resignations, Karen and Doug will be added as event contacts for sponsor questions/inquiries
- Advertising - Doug Storrey to continue with this task for 2020
- Parking at event - Robert has been working with Don Jones this season to show him the ropes
- Wayne - provided list of duties of committee.  Will be reviewed by committee for assignment of duties going forward
- Prize Purchases - Dave to take over this task from Jim Hamilton, as well as Old Autos advertising
- Radio Install (should the current method continue) - staff to inquire re Public Works assistance to install
- Look at budget (potentially under Equipment line item) to have portable washrooms at north end of event
- Committee appointments discussed with pending resignations

Budget Update/Discussion

Dave Little (Treasurer) presented a proposed budget and discussion ensued.

KincardineTalks.ca Survey

Committee encouraged to review and take survey at kincardinetalks.ca regarding the Municipality of Kincardine's Corporate and Economic Strategic Plan.
