Call to Order
 

Mayor Anne Eadie called to order the Public Meeting of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine at 5:05 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2020, electronically in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Administration Centre. 

Mayor Eadie, Deputy Clerk Lawrie and Licensing/Administrative Clerk Jennifer White were in attendance in person and all other Council Members and Staff attended electronically.

Name: Anne Eadie

Item of Business: 4.1 Brucelea Poultry Farms Ltd. Concession , SDR, Part Lots 41 to 43 (5119 Highway 9) Planning Report Z-2020-038

General Nature of Interest: Her husband and her have a minor business agreement with Bruce Lea Poultry Farms Ltd.

Mayor Eadie left the Council table when the indicated Item of Business was considered by Council.

Deputy Mayor Wilson assumed the Chair.

Council inquired about the status of the trees along Bruce Road 7 on the property and what buildings would be retained.

Council will consider the application at their regular meeting.
