Mayor Gerry Glover called to order the Committee of the Whole of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine at 5:04 p.m. on Monday, January 24, 2022 electronically in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Administration Centre.

Mayor Glover, Clerk Lawrie and Nicole Bauman (Zoom Administrator) were in attendance in person and all other Council Members and Staff attended electronically.

  • Resolution #01/24/22 COW - 03

    That Committee of the Whole direct the Clerk place a by-law to authorize the Municipality of Kincardine to enter an agreement with Bruce County for the provision of Primary Public Safety Answering Point (PPSAP) services, as outlined in Report Emergency Services 2022-01, on the Council agenda as a Matter Arising.

    Carried.
By Council concurrence, this item was discussed before Item 6.1 a. 

Committee of the Whole inquired about symptomatic people isolating, return to work after isolation, how staff shortages are being dealt with, Provincial requirements including testing, advice from Medical Officer of Health, and percentage of employees that are vaccinated.
