    Carried.

- Promenade Update - Staff still awaiting word from GBHU on involvement of live music & vendors as we remain in Phase 1 currently
- Friday Night Tunes - will be affected (at least first week) if live music not permitted, which would impact first Full Moon Madness event.  Stores can still remain open late for shopping
- Lighting Arts Centre/Victoria Park - Spruce the Bruce funding application approved to move both projects forward
- Business Directories being printed and will be distributed

- New stores opening: Ampersand Gift Studio, Studio 6 Fashion Boutique, HC Wellness, Lake Range Realty, Dairy Queen (new owners), Lake Huron Audiology, Nuclear Lettuce, Sessions Cannabis
- NPX Local Food Passport
- Heritage Lighting Project - Arts Centre & Victoria Park
- Planter update for downtown
- Big thank you to Lori for putting together Canada Day decor - to be hung last week of June
- EPCOR installation of natural gas in downtown update
- Free wifi issues - please keep Rick updated if you experience any issues while using BT Guest Network to relay concerns
- Signage at beach - potential for billboard directing to downtown?  Kelly & Rick to meet on site with Don Huston to explore options. Staff suggested installing wording at the base of the 'train station' sign, visible upon exit.  Additional signage could cause too much clutter and set precedent for more

Jersey Barriers - topic of conversation about the necessity or requirement (ie. insurance need?) to fully surround patios.  The installation of the barriers around the on street patios have left the downtown looking like a concrete jungle, and the eye pleasing set ups of many of these patios is left behind.  The BIA board would like Rick to attend an upcoming meeting of Council to discuss the concerns surround the barriers.
