    THAT the minutes of the October 15, 2019 meeting of the Kincardine BIA Board of Management be accepted as presented.

Representatives from Post Media (Kincardine News) attended to present all that is offered locally, not just in print, but digitally as well.  Post Media is a Google Partner, and discussions included social media, analytics, sponsored content, SEO, Google My Business, targeted marketing and stories.  Should anyone be interested in reaching out, free consultations are available.

Updated provided on progress of Digital Mainstreet grant.  Lauren has met with 21 of 23 businesses.  December 31st deadline.

    THAT the 2020 Kincardine BIA Budget be adopted as presented.

- Rick currently working with a business in neighbouring community that is seeking space locally

- Heritage District - BIA had suggested including all of Harbour Street in designated area, but report only includes Lighthouse/Walker House

- Friday Nights Open Late Campaign - steadily growing

- Kincardine After Dark - 1400 ppl in FB group, kudos to participating businesses for pushing this initiative and hosting live music and entertainment

- Daily Grind Coffee Shop opening at Sugar Shack November 22, 2019

- Sign Bylaw discussion regarding the possibility of downtown applications being vetted at the BIA table prior to moving to the Municipality for final approval to ensure all standards are being met.

Marie was unable to attend but provided an email reminder that there will be an Open House on Wednesday November 20th, at the Municipal Administration Centre concerning the Official Plan.  Open House runs 4-7pm, with presentation at 4:30pm.

- Darrel updated about planned and impending activities for FAM Fest, taking place February 15-17, 2020.  Seeking additional partners should anyone be interested in being a part of the festivities.

- Sam Smith - official new owner of Fine Fettle

- Discussion about Paisley and Ripley Christmas Markets and the success they've both had hosting

- Cooperator's - hosting a Christmas Open House on Friday December 13th - asked to bring a gently used coat
