Call to Order

​​​​​​​​​Mayor Gerry Glover called to order the Regular Meeting of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2022 in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Administration Centre.​

Note: Some Members of Council and Staff appeared virtually.

Councillor Cuyler opened the meeting with the Land Acknowledgment Statement.

Adoption of Minutes from Regular and Special Meetings of Council

  THAT the minutes of the Council meetings held on September 7, 2022 and September 12, 2022 be adopted as printed.

Councillor Bill Stewart brought forward two Notices of Motion:

1. Stranded Debt for Water Pipeline & the Health Care Reserve Fund;

2. Encroachment Agreement Policy.

  THAT Council move into Committee of the Whole and upon completion return to Council.

  THAT Council approve the recommendations contained in the consent agenda dated Monday, September 19, 2022 and direct staff to proceed with all necessary administrative actions.
