A Special Meeting of the Kincardine Police Services Board was called to Order at 10:09 a.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 in the Gordon Jarrell Boardroom at the Municipal Administration Centre.

The Special Meeting was called to consider a taxi driver licence application.

Michele Barr, Director of Building and Planning, outlined information on potential updates to the Property Standards and Clean Yards By-laws, the Traffic and Parking By-law, and the Nuisance By-law.

    THAT the  Kincardine Police Services Board of the Municipality of Kincardine move into closed session to discuss personal matters about identifiable individual (Taxi Licence Applications) pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended;

    AND FURTHER THAT the Kincardine Police Services Board return to the regular open meeting of the Board upon completion.

    THAT the Police Services Board, in consideration of the fee $35.00, grant a taxi driver licence to Douglas Lamont for the period September 24, 2019 to April 30, 2021, subject to the provisions of By-law No. 2009-168 (as amended by By-law 2011-052).

    THAT the Police Services Board, in consideration of the fee $35.00, grant a taxi driver licence to   Roy Griffin for the period September 24, 2019 to April 30, 2021, subject to the provisions of By-law No. 2009-168 (as amended by By-law 2011-052).
