  That the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting of October 9, 2024 be adopted as printed.

Minor Variance Application

Applicant: Brandon Finnie - 26 Parkwood Rd, Kincardine

Planning Report: A-2024-039

The Planner Britt Gregg-Wallace will explain the report and recommendation. Any comments received from Agencies and the Public received by the time of writing the report are in the written report.

• Motion#

  That the Committee of Adjustment approve the Minor Variance from Brandon Finnie for the property described as 26 Parkwood Road to permit a minimum lot frontage of 25.59m for Part 2 of Schedule A of the Decision Sheet and to permit a maximum height of 6.7m for an accessory building on Part 5 of Schedule A of the Decision Sheet.
