    THAT Council move into closed meeting for the purpose of considering labour relations and employee negotiations (retirement agreement), advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (advice pertaining to negotiations), and a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board (Bervie Park) pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended;

    AND FURTHER THAT Council return to regular open meeting upon completion.
