Mayor Kenneth Craig called to order the Planning/Corporate Services Meeting of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine at 5:00 p.m. on August 14, 2023 in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Administration Centre.

Councillor Hinchberger opened the meeting with the Land Acknowledgment Statement.

    That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Honourable Doug Ford, Premier of Ontario, Honourable Michael Parsa, Minister of Children, Community & Social Services, MPP Lisa Thompson, MP Ben Lobb, and the Municipalities of Ontario.

    Further that Council direct staff to request a speed reduction on Highway 21 from south of Bruce Ave through to the North Line Ext. to the Ministry of Transportation and Members of Provincial Parliament.
