Call to Order
 

Mayor Anne Eadie called to order the Special Meeting of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday May 15, 2019, in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Administration Centre.

The special meeting was called for the purpose of educating or training the members on Insurance/Risk Management.

Move into Closed Meeting

    THAT Council move into closed meeting for the purpose of educating or training the members (Insurance/Risk Management Training), pursuant to Section 239 (3.1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended:

    AND FURTHER THAT Council return to regular open meeting upon completion.

Matters Arising from Closed Meeting
 

Mayor Eadie reported a closed meeting had been held for the purpose of providing training to Council members on insurance and risk management.  There was no direction to Staff in closed and there was nothing further to report.

    THAT the By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine of May 15, 2019 be deemed to be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered as By-law No. 2019 - 080.
