Highlight of social media, marketing, blinky and upcoming events. 

Member Perry is also seeking the boards input on BIA initiatives in advance of the 2025 budget discussions.

New Business

7.1

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The draft BIA governance policy indicates that the Board shall hold a general meeting annually for the purpose of presenting the draft budget to the members. 

7.2

Municipal Patio Policy review

The Municipality will be reviewing the patio policy this fall and will engage with the BIA and restaurant owners are part of this review. Darrel Perry has been meeting with restaurant owners and will provide a brief update to the Board on feedback received thus far.
